Dear friends! I want to wish you a 2009 Happy New Year. Thank you that we were together, that you understood and helped. The most of us will fill the following year as difficult. I wish you wisdom, patience, power, love and solidarity
On the eve of the New Year's holiday I put from my archive the most beautiful, most spiritual, that's why the most magic, in the true sense of the word, photos – a surprising and unusually beautiful sunrise after a frost winter night. They were made at the wild river of Lesnaya (Forest River) that runs in Belovezhskaya Pushcha.
I'd like that the similar magic, surprising and divine Light characterizing comprehension, perception and love could appear in the people's souls. And then we will be able to do many things that seem today impracticable. Let God give us unifications connected with this Light.

Veronika Manuilo, 10, of Gorodnaya village, Stolin District, Brest Oblast is the 200,000th visitor and winner of the special prize, a Vityaz television, the official news agency BelTA quoted the park’s managers as saying. Most surprisingly, on the border with Belarus, Poland also has mainland Europe's last primeval forest - 8000 years old and 1250 square kilometres in size. he Bialowieza Forest still exists because Polish and Lithuanian royalty used it for hunting from the 14th century. When, in the 19th century, the land became part of Russia, the tsar reserved it for the same purpose. They are not birds. They are a numerous group (family) of the night moths of a middle, small and, very seldom, large size. They are characterised by the very fast and perfect flight. Everyone saw these moths when they are hovered in the summer around street lamps (it is a light trap for them). It is known about 30,000 noctuid-species in the world. The most of them are of grey and ordinary-looking colours. But there are brightly painted too.

This is one of the best editions which will appear for sale on the eve of the 600th anniversary since first nature protection in Belovezhskaya Pushcha. I put beautiful and multi-colour sunsets' photos long time ago. Since the autumn those get a few. The weather is most often cloudy. By the way, the autumn season is time of SUPER-BEAUTIFUL sunsets in our geographic zone. However they occur extremely seldom. Unfortunately, there were no sunsets like above this autumn. On June the 27th, 1941, three Soviet soldiers stood up to a Nazi company in Pushcha’s Quarter 612. They fought so hard and with such courage for the Soviet Union that the surviving German soldiers gave them a ceremonial burial in homage to their feat of arms. The result of preparation to the celebration of the Belovezhskaya Pushcha's 600th anniversary is that children lost their tourist base. The previous title is no more there and a new one is not created yet. Next year the National Park "Belovezhskaya Pushcha" is celebrating the 600th anniversary since first nature. The plan of activities to prepare to this holiday was approved by The Council of Ministers and its realization will require 60 billion Belarusian rumbles (currently around $28 million). The scope of works is huge, time is short, and interest of other people is not taken into account because of chaos. We are meanwhile speaking about children. This autumn they were deprived of the tourist base in the village of Dmitrovichi where regional center of tourism and local lore study was earlier. For the beginning I will put a small gallery of the most beautiful autumn photos of old-age oak forests of Belovezhskaya Pushcha. I cannot say these photos are the best. It is rather difficult to make beautiful landscape-photos of deciduous woods in the late autumn. First, the wood has no green leafs and has grey colour as a general background. Last time I have told about the discovery of the exo-planets (planetary systems like the Solar system around other stars). Astronomers have very recently made one more sensational message – they managed to photograph and to see a planetary system around the star with their own eyes for the first time. Important publication: Will "children's time" come to the end in Belovezhskaya Pushcha?

Preparation works for celebration the 600th anniversary since first nature protection status has left children without a camp site. The former signboard on the building of the former camp site is already absent whereas the new one has not appeared yet. Next year the National Park "Belovezhskaya Pushcha" will celebrate the 600th anniversary since establishment of the protected status. The plan of measures on preparation for celebration of this date was approved by the Council of Ministers' decision. Over 60 billion Belarusian rubles (currently around $28 million) are planned to invest for its realization. The volume of works is big, whereas time is very limited. So, no one does pay attention to infringements of interests of other persons and subjects which are possible in such the cases of chaos. Meanwhile, the matter concerns the children. In this autumn the camp site in the village of Dmitrovichi was expropriated from the children. The regional centre of tourism and local lore was placed there.
