The route of a bypass road around Belovezhskaya Pushcha is ready. Head of state has announced during the celebration of the 600th anniversary of the reserved status by the national park in October last year that the grounds around Belovezhskaya Pushcha will be given to investors. So the first step is over. The line of the bypass road is drown and is approved in the Brest and Grodno Regional Executive Committees and is now under coordination in the capital. The President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko has signed a Law of Ukraine No 1826-6 "On Modification in the Law of Ukraine "On Natural Reserved Fund of Ukraine" on February 21, 2010. Belarus is only the country in Europe where the problem of municipal shelters for animals is not settled, despite universal duty from dogs' owners. Belarusian television has no one information programs about this problem and it tells about our attitude towards animals too. Our address to the head of the Belarusian TV and Radio company Alexander Zimovsky in connection with creation of permanent weekly broadcast about humane treatment with animals had no result. Besides the Belarusian television removes every plot that Moscow news show sometimes. We have our own "priorities". What will natural protected territories get from business dealing with rest? The River of Pripiat in the Belarusian Polesie area is one of the most beautiful places which I could see in my life. I visited it almost four years ago but surprising images are still fresh in memory. But is it pertinent to allow the human intervention onto this beauty? Maybe, should natural protected areas be made places where, for example, tourists are forbidden to enter? These ideas came after I learned that the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Protection of the Republic of Belarus has made a list of especially protected natural territories perspective for tourism development. By the 600th anniversary of Belovezhskaya Pushcha the forge shop "Heat-bird" got a considerable order for manufacturing of souvenirs. Blacksmiths Sergei Satsiuk and his sister Anna Ivaniuk were ordered to make 30-liter bear barrels. They made them beautiful and unusual. These original souvenirs obviously were to representatives of foreign delegations which arrived for celebrations liking. The blacksmith's work long since (and to this day) is considered as the men's prerogative. Very likely, Anna made horseshoes most of all and she liked to give them to her friends – just for lick.

At the session of the District Council in September I as a Deputy have made two inquiries about the heartless attitude of the management of the National Park "Belovezhskaya Pushcha" towards residing the employees in the departmental habitation. The Emergency Situations Ministry and a village council have reacted while the National Park was not.
The Emergency Situations Ministry's service has surveyed buildings and has written out an instruction obliged to absolute covenant for execution.
