However, the human nature is that he would like by all means to be convinced in the originality of his thoughts, even if of adventurous in essence. Belovezhskaya Pushcha with its communities of animals and plants developed within the centuries which have brought world popularity to this forest could not escape this lot either. Participating in audits of the Belarusian timber enterprises under the FSC Forest Certification's program, we visited the Volkovysk timber enterprise of the Grodno region in April of this year. For the second day we have dropped up to a small and beautiful damming lake at a river blocked by a dam. Near the bank, close to the designed place of rest, a cob-swan swam. It was alone as its spouse most likely was already hatching somewhere in canes. I have decided to go closer to make beautiful photos as the weather was good.
From the very beginning the swan demonstrated attributes of a lack of fair against the people. It did not admit to go very close but at the same time it did not run away óäèðàë like mad. But an expert who is able to explain why colours are more various and brighter in the evening should be found.
I have gone through my archive of the last year and has found only two series of photos which are as beautiful as worthy to show them. Here is one photo made last year at the turn of March when snow melting … See the picture http://bp21.livejournal.com/63489.html

Important publication: The hunting in fenced areas and with hunting birds can be legalized in Belarus

The Ministry of Forestry together with the Ministry of Nature Protection are developed changes in the rules which provide hunting inside big fenced areas from hunting towers. The use of arbalests and bows, a metal dart weapon forbidden in Belarus earlier, is also under the changes to be allowed. Ecologists and environmentalists declare that in this case it is appropriate talking about extermination of the animals for commercial interest of the state and this is the way in which Belarus plans to attract foreign hunters as well. Valeriy Dranchuk says "Where will this hunting practise? It is in the so-called dens of iniquity – Belovezhskaya Pushcha, Berezinski Biosphere Reserve, Pripyatskiy National Park... That means Belarus turns to the hunting range, instead of being a nature protection place of Europe." ... Read more in Russian or use a special (web)software to translate the text here.
March 11, 2009 Website "Diplomatrus.com" Publication: Belarus invites to visit protected areas

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in Russia V.B. Dolgolev has answered questions to the magazine "Diplomat":
Dear Vasiliy Borisovich, kind words about Byelorussia from the people visited the neighbour-country are heard more and more often. Tourists are growing in the number. How can you explain it?
The Republic of Belarus is one of the popular directions for the Russian travellers. Untouched nature makes the value number 1 of our country. Belarus hosts the virgin forest which was not changed by the man, the only in the Central Europe. This is the National Park "Belovezhskaya Pushcha". ... Important publication: Belarusian protected areas to reduce in the size up to the level of 2000 last year

In 2008 especially protected natural areas (EPNA) of the Republic of Belarus were reduced in the size up to the minimum to consider the last eight years. In other words, the protected areas in Belarus were reduced in the size up to the level of 2000. Since Belarus has got sovereignty, there was created no one reserve as the area of a maximum category of protection. "The Optimum Territorial Scheme for especially protected natural areas in the Republic of Belarus for 2006 to 2015" basically provides creation of the EPNA planned as long as before 2005. In Belarus neither new reserves (the maximum category of protection for the EPNA), nor national parks are not in the near plans! It is hardly lawful to say that the realization of the "The Optimum Territorial Scheme…" will result in the ecological balance between the economically exploited and protected natural areas till 2015. ... March 07, 2009 Live-Journal: How to save the planet Earth, civilization, myself BP-21 LIVE-JOURNAL: Beautiful sunsets as magic in Belovezhskaya Pushcha. 11

A Spring Woman (the 8th March) Day is today. The men congratulate the women. They wish all the best and give them flowers… As to me, I will follow my tradition to break the existing traditions and will not give flowers this day. A flower is a small part of Life. For what is to deprive of its life, even if for our nice "significant woman-other" who from time to time bring the life on the Earth. Let flowers live and please us with their beauty and aroma. In exchange for it, I will give something greater. I will give one of the most wonderful and beautiful, magic sunsets in the true sense of the word which has happened at the wild river of Lesnaya (Forest River) in Belovezhskaya Pushcha on August 03, 2008. It doesn't matter that this happened earlier, not today, because such the beauty always looks like it was today. … See pictures http://bp21.livejournal.com/63048.html, and HERE.
